A friend in Dubai spotted this recently, thinking it was possibly a solar car. I'd seen a pic of something similar recently, sure it was some kind super low volume of electric car.
Sadly, we were both wrong. I did find it, and it's pictured below. It's called the ETV, for Extra Terrestrial Vehicle. And what kind of alternate drive-train does this futuristic car have? Scroll down to find out.
